Guest Blogger refusal....

This is a long story, but I'll abbreviate. There was a photo shoot going on one day and I asked if the model would hold the yarn for the blog. His sister was the photographer and she said okay later, but the model said no......
so, I put my knitting down and honored the model's refusal. .....

this was the first official refusual....

don't worry, it didn't really discourage me.

So regular people (who probably hate being photographed) say YES every day . . . but A MODEL (who gets photographed all the time) can't be bothered to hold the knitting. Oh, that's too much. He needs to be taken down a peg. Good for you that you're not letting it discourage you though.

Well, getting his picture taken is his job. He gets paid for it. And you can't entirely expect him to give it away for free, it would devalue the product he sells - his image.

 Is that vague enough for you?  It has been a too busy complicated Spring.  I had no energy to blog.  All is well now, so I can share some things with you:   1. Insufficient Information

Dear buddy nurse and spay neuter pal Linda, came to visit yesterday.  We knitted. We laughed.  We shared books we are reading. She Showed me her scarf.  It looks like a shawl but it is a scarf. Here is her yarn choice. And the( OUCH) price.   It makes her happy to knit.  If Linda's happy I'm happy.  I dont' know the pattern and neither does she.  Her dog literally shredded her pattern.  She was at a point where she had memorized the easy part and she's nearly finished.  So there you go, anyone know the pattern? You are all so sweet about the move and the house.
