Unsubscribe......

I was delighted to get this image from Jaxson's mom.   The hat fits him  perfectly. ( Lucky guess on my part for the sizing. )

I'm listening to a gift cd of  a friend's favorite Christmas songs while  I compose this post. The variety is lovely.  The songs are all very soothing and peaceful.   I am sure I told you how I love the LITTLE JIMMY BROWN song.  Funny thing is, Fireman cannot stand this song.

I've been busy UNSUBSCRIBING from many many merchant emails.  They make the process easy enough, if you can read fine fine fine print at the bottom of the email.   A smart friend of mine uses a separate email when she orders things on line so all the adds go to that place.   Do you????

That hat is just precious! So glad it fits and hope that it continues to do so for many years.

I just had a friend tell me that hat I knit for her son as and infant still fits - now he's 3!!

And no, I'm not nearly as smart as your friend. I just use the one email addy and routinely spend time unsubscribing. Much better than just deleting through the email. g

Oh yeah, I have a separate email for online orders, another one for my blog, and another one just for family and local businesses.

It makes me happy when I get a photo of someone enjoying my gifts (knitting, sewing, etc.) Jaxson's photo made me smile this morning: I hope the photo made your day.

The precious little boy AND the hat are so cute!! I use my regular email address when I order online but I do clean out and opt out once a week. I knew it was Christmas when I opened my email one morning and found 289 emails--two-thirds ads.

Very cute picture. It's the best way to say Thank You to a knitter!

I don't use a separate email but I do hit "unsubscribe" regularly. It just gets to be too, too much!

No I don't apparently your friend is a lot smarter than me. Love the little hat on the cute little one.

Sorry, it took so long to comment, I had to go listen to the Jimmy Brown Song, Fireman has good taste;) The hat is so cute. I have a separate email for inline shopping.

A separate email is a good idea, though I've not done it. I have changed how I enter my name, like nickname, first initial and middle name, first name and middle initial, etc. when subscribing to magazines. That way I can tell who sells their subscription lists to other parties.

Thanks for commenting and reading, btw.

Every now and then I just clean house. I can barely keep up with the email addresses I have already!

That hat is adorable!!! He is such a little cutie.
Those durn people track you down with email. I have several accounts, and switch around. Sometimes I have to let one sit for awhile, and people drop off. *grin*
Take care

Oh such a cute little guy, the hat looks great on him! I look forward to seeing your new project!

Email subscriptions don't bother me as much as paper mail spam. There is a free service that claims to be able to stop that, but I haven't seen it work yet.

I HATE email spam! Especially from stores that I bought one thing from. BLEGH. I'm glad that they're easy to unsubscribe from, though. It just makes me feel so much cheerier when the mountain of emails in my inbox is actually from people I know.

Nope. I used to, but somehow I got out of the habit and everything runs together. Ugh.

He and the hat are adorable!
