Because the KNIT BLOG COMMUNITY IS THE BEST

Here is a link to my realtor's blog.  He wrote a personal story about his friend who is a Veteran and is in need of help.  Help in the form of prayers and healing.  Help to help his friends cope.

If you read it and want to send Barry good thoughts, please do so. He is a kind man and I've been trying to tell him how knit bloggers are unique gifts in my world!  Leave him a comment and tell him you are a knitter.   I know we can encourage this kind man who is missing his friend.

Photo taken in Knoxville.  Hoping Tom will live to tell more of his life stories and war stories.

What a painful post to read. You could feel his distress. Your comment was beautiful. My mom had the same experience when she was in ICU and unconscious for almost a week after a hemorrhage during routine gallbladder surgery . She didn't want to come back either. She said she was in pink clouds and they were very comfortable.
