Time Change Week

So fun to see a bloom in the yard.  These super tiny Irises make me smile.
I'm feeling the time change in the best of ways.
I actually went to the library after dinner.
I walked up.
It was still light out.
Most of the winter I'm tucked in and cannot bear to go out at night.
I Found this chart book .  Someday I'll check it  out!
I also found a toy book with that adorable Koala bear.
Someday I may check that out too.
For now you know I'm all about the socks.
Happy St. Patricks Day!

I had every intention of knitting some of these squares, last week.
I didn't.
But I love the way they look.

I do love those squares! I felt the same as you - I didn't want to do anything once it got dark out! I'm feeling so much more energetic these days.

The squares are a great idea! I can think of lots of ways to use them.

I struggle with the time changes and just feel out of sorts for a couple weeks--even this time-forward change. I do, however, enjoy having enough light to do things after work like gardening.

Those little squares are so cute. I've been struggling with the time change all week. I love the extra light in the evenings, but we have had a grey, dreary week here -- lots of fog in the mornings and misty evenings. All of that just makes me feel sleepy. And now, snow in our forecast is showing for Sunday and Monday.

Those little squares are adorable. They would make a perfect baby blanket.
I haven't seen an irises this far north yet.

I have that book! I think it could actually help me work with charts - I haven't spent much time reading it.

I love Iris, especially Bearded Iris.

I love those little squares. No iris blooms here yet, but plenty of yellow daffodils.

I'm still waking up later but I will adjust soon...
I love the knitted squares as art-cool!
It is so good when the lighter evenings come isn't it! We get ours at Easter! xx

Cute squares. I love it when the time changes in the spring. That extra hour in the evening is delicious.

It is nice to have the extra daylight hours. It means I can drive later in the day. I can't see worth beans in the dark anymore.
so jealous - still no flowers here. But I'm loving the sunlight!
The extra daylight hours are so nice, aren't they. Love sitting on the porch in the evenings. That's just where I was the last couple evenings. I'm actually knitting some of those little squares as we speak. LOL

We're loving the evening light, too, but boy am I feeling the change for some reason. Cute projects, but I can see why the socks win out. Happy Knitting!
