MORE MINNESOTA

 More Minnesota:
My Color Block pullover by Lipp Holmed.  I brought it for Michelle, but she gave it to Al.   Michelle felt it was too cropped for her age group.  I love it on Al.  It was Lion Brand Thick and Quick.  Very easy pattern.
Many good knits at Darn.Knit.Anyway in Stillwater, Minnesota.
I like the Quince and Company top down cover up.
The shop had multiple tags on each item so you could take the pattern name and yarn with you.  Nice touch!
More fun at their shop.  The Knitalong bag and Month's project is shown below.   I will defer you to them if you are interested.  I know Caffeine Girl already jumped on board!
Most of the time I don't like clothing that requires a shawl pin, but their selection was stunning.  Mostly Magnificent!
My untrained color  scheme mind liked how the hat colors and the blocking boards behind them sort of matched!
Marvel at the hippopotamus.  Allison is thinking of knitting this darling toy for her friend's baby.  So cute.
Michelle and I like to think of ourselves as the Fun Sisters.
Minnesota was very very cold.  We met Insomnia Cookie company on the university campus.  They deliver warm cookies until 0300.
My oh my oh my.  We brought some home to Zach the cat sitter. and you can MICROwave them for MMMMMMM too!
Marvelous sunsets could be seen from my sister's kitchen.
More on the windy ride home later.

This post has been brought to you by the letter M , as Sesame Street would say!

It looks like you had a great visit. It was awesome that your daughter flew in.
Insomnia cookies -- what a great idea. I'm glad it isn't here in Madison or I'd be fighting my weight even more.
I've been emailing with Darn Knit. I really shouldn't buy any more yarn ...
