Miss Babs has some interesting notions on her sight. Take a look see.   

Of all the things to cast on last night:  A sweater.  There I've said it.  I've never knit a sweater that wasn't a raglan.
Here goes!  Why not. It is January in Chicago....what better time? I'll show you more in time....

 I finished a Yarn Harlot book last night. She does make me laugh.  It is in great condition and I'm willing to send it on to another who needs a laugh...Title: Casts Off

I don't need the book I own it already but I just had to say that Fezzik looks just like a fox sitting there so calmly looking out at the winter landscape. What a pretty picture!

I think Fezzik IS a fox! I've been wanting to read one of the Yarn Harlot's books. I knit and then felted a bed for our cat...after attacking it as though it were a catnip toy, now he just lays on top of it (not in it). Oh well at least Tyg is using it.

 Is that vague enough for you?  It has been a too busy complicated Spring.  I had no energy to blog.  All is well now, so I can share some things with you:   1. Dear buddy nurse and spay neuter pal Linda, came to visit yesterday.  We knitted. We laughed.  We shared books we are reading. She Showed me her scarf.  It looks like a shawl but it is a scarf. Here is her yarn choice. And the( OUCH) price.   It makes her happy to knit.  If Linda's happy I'm happy.  I dont' know the pattern and neither does she.  Her dog literally shredded her pattern.  She was at a point where she had memorized the easy part and she's nearly finished.  So there you go, anyone know the pattern? You are all so sweet about the move and the house.
