I'm still reading my plague book and I love how depressing it is (I know I'm odd). After this I'll probably read a happy one to shake off the doldrums.

Hi Kathy - I love the delicious color of your wool. Perfect for baby socks (and big girl socks too!)
Ijust finished reading Beautiful Lies by Lisa Unger and I'm currently reading In the Unlikely Event by Judy Blume.
I love sitting outdoors reading this time of year.

I love that yarn's colorway! Me I just started Hotel du Lac, which I've been trying to get to for 2 months now, from a recommendation by another blogging knitter. You know me, escapist via fiction

I always have tons (I mean tons) of books going at the same time. Yesterday found me almost halfway through a new one I just bought - Black-eyed Susans" by Julia Heaberlin. I liked her first two stand-alones, and so far, this one is pretty good too!

I didn't know Regia made a baby yarn. Nice!
I'm still listening to the Poisonwood Bible and I just finished reading The Weed That Strings the Hangman's Bag. The fact that I actually finished a real book tells you how hot it is out.

I seem to have no time to read lately. Of course I could get off the computer right now and read! I started to reread Gone With the Wind but haven't gotten very far. I have new yarn too and am itching to cast on...but I am trying to finish at least 1 thing first.

"All the Light We Cannot See." Although, frankly, at this time of year, Knitters' Hunk and Knitters' Chick take up just about all my time.

I'm reading "Dead is the new Black" - a story about the fashion industry in New York!

I have never made socks, and in the past months made my first mittens. I loved doing them. Now if I can get over the fear of failing with socks I will whip up a pair or two, maybe three, lol. Not reading anything at present, but have plenty of books in hard back and Kindle just waiting.

I'm reading Blood Landy by R.S. Guthrie and Go Set a Watchman by Harper Lee. I really MUST find some time to read!
Love the colours of your sock yarn! xx

Love the sock project! Great color, and I love Regia yarn, too. I am reading Under a Wing by Ann Lindberg's youngest daughter. Just finished The Aviator's Wife which lead me to that.
