RED! A beautiful fledgling cardinal crashed into my deck door a few days ago and it's been in here worrying me to death. It's made a good recovery but how do you release it when there are a zillion feral cats out there waiting to make it a snack. Wildlife rehab doesn't want it because it's not sick or injured-just too little to fly at the moment. Oh, what worries.....I'm no country girl.
Your mittens do look very spring-like, but I hope you can put them away till next winter. Today I've been fighting green ivy; boy, that stuff is invasive. My knitting though is a red gradient, really pretty.
Blue is the colour of happiness ... happy that we DON'T NEED MITTENS ANY MORE!!! (For a while anyway.)
Colouring my world today - soft blue sky, gorgeously puffy white clouds, spring green leaves, a neighbourhood tree covered in huge palest pink tulip-looking blossoms.
That blue is so beautiful. I just registered my son for college orientation, I am sad and that is coloring my world, well sad because he will be missed but so happy he is on his life journey. Hugs, Meredith

Coloring my world ---- well, the knitting is brown, brown, brown, but the cross stitching is full of SPRING! :-)
