Friday FInish

 I finished my simple boot cuffs for Al. 
They were very easy. 
I have lots of yarn left. 
I knit with ARAUCANIA Milodon Color 9
100% wool. 
Simple cuff and then stockinette followed by another cuff. 

I'm so impressed with myself....
I knit in the car in the dark last night,
in the round. 
Fireman and I went to Milwaukee to see 
Brit Floyd. 

Fireman loved Pink Floyd. 
I had a vague memory of their :sound
and a few songs. 

I was going along to be kind.
It was, honestly, a great show.
The lighting, the sound, the back up singers.
I could have done with about an hour less of it...
they get kind of ...trippy....
but you do these things for someone you love. 

and then you get to knit on the way home.

The Mister is that way with Fleetwood Mac but I think it's actually just Stevie Nicks that does it for him.

I love Pink Floyd!! They have the best light show of all the groups. Your boot toppers are so cute. Al will love them. Yea for knitting in the round in the dark!

You were near my hometown! Knitting in the dark, now that's impressive! DD gave me some needles whose points light up in the dark....quite crazy, but they drive DH nuts. Lucky Al, those are cute boot toppers.

 Is that vague enough for you?  It has been a too busy complicated Spring.  I had no energy to blog.  All is well now, so I can share some things with you:   1. Insufficient Information

Dear buddy nurse and spay neuter pal Linda, came to visit yesterday.  We knitted. We laughed.  We shared books we are reading. She Showed me her scarf.  It looks like a shawl but it is a scarf. Here is her yarn choice. And the( OUCH) price.   It makes her happy to knit.  If Linda's happy I'm happy.  I dont' know the pattern and neither does she.  Her dog literally shredded her pattern.  She was at a point where she had memorized the easy part and she's nearly finished.  So there you go, anyone know the pattern? You are all so sweet about the move and the house.
