Score!

I've cast on for this tank top.  It is a Debbie Bliss pattern in her COMO book.  The book of patterns was originally 18 dollars and I got it on sale for 3 . Score.

The front and back of the top are exactly the same.
You know how I love an easy pattern.
Score.

As I began to knit I wondered,
Is
Row 1:k2p3k2 across
row 2: Knit across

Equal to:
Row 1: P2K3P2 across
row 2 : Purl across?
Just wondering…….

Perfect weather today and the next few coming.
We had a little downpour to start, and now its cool and wonderful outside.  70s predicted. Low 70s.  Score-
Had to show you my current Trap.
I sent one to Karen in Alaska as a thanks for the jelly, salt and honey.  I've decided to stop the increases here and just knit straight.  This one's for me.  Score!

Happy Monday.
Have you scored lately?

You are indeed 'scoring' with the Polar Vortex--we will have temps around 100 while you're enjoying the nice 70 degree weather.

You're welcome. :-)

No big scores for me lately, so I will live vicariously through you.

We are having some concrete work done in front of our house and the builder just called and said, "It's going to be cold and rainy by the end of the week." It was 103 yesterday so I am mystified and disbelieving, but if he is right--score!

I broke the washer and The Mister fixed it. Score.

I completed today's TdF spinning on time and tomorrow is a rest day. Score.

It's our anniversary but it's too hot to do anything we planned so The Mister went and took a nap instead of dragging me down to the boardwalk. SCORE.

I'm thinking that one is not like the other. The knit stitches receed more than purl stitches. So on the second the purls would be even MORE prominant. (I think)

Really, for proof, I think you would need to knit two swatches to make sure how they would look.

Super score on all around, Kathy!

I would LOVE a little summer rain out this way, but things are still pretty good, I'm not complaining. We have mild weather out here.

I scored some knitting time this weekend!

That latest Trap is a definite score. It's a bit cooler here today. That's a definite SCORE for our plants! (I agree with Dee as far as your knitting ?)

Oh, send the cooler temps this way! I'm hoping we can dodge the storms and get in a quick run before dinner.

I'm not TOO jealous about the pattern book because, while it is fabulous, I do have a couple hundred things already in my queue.....I am very jealous over the 70 degree temperatures though. We've been over 100 for a week, and I think I'm about to join my cat laying under the ceiling fan.....:)

We're enjoying a little cooler temps than normal too. Score! And, my cement work and porch remodeling is complete. Score!!!

Yes, the pattern you described will look different if you purl the row instead of knit it. The knit rows put the "bumps" on the side of the garment away from you. The purl rows will put the "bumps" on the side facing you. Going according to the pattern, you'll see a nice ribbed effect.
