SNOWY Christmas

We had a little Christmas Snow.....it was picture perfect.
I sent Zach's girlfriend in Mexico the above picture. 
A few things struck me the past 2 days: 

*There is nothing like Christmas Carols sung in church.

*The gift exchange we do at work, really makes it easier to go in on the Holiday.  Call me material.....it is true for me.  

*Ina Garten's Rosemary Chipotle nuts are amazing. 
Someone gifted them at work and oh my oh my oh my.

*I have not knitted a stitch in 4 days...that is almost unheard of here....oh but I will catch up!

*I like to keep the Christmas music going for a bit yet...
and finally
THIS  is what it  is all about here today.

Al and Zach are home.  Well, AL's due in the door any moment with her Nathan.  
Santa came to us just last night.   

Let the Fun begin.

I'm glad someone else is still celebrating! I like the 12 days of Christmas and will say good-bye to the holiday on January 6th. Of course, I don't put my tree up in Novemember either, so maybe that has something to do with it?

With all the nurses and the firefighter we did well to get 8 of us to Christmas Eve service at Church! I felt blessed by that and then the snow started and I felt like angels were swirling around in it!! I know you are feeling blessed to have Al and Zach home. Enjoy the glow!!

Did you send me a little something--I got a package and it doesn't say who it is from!

We too had a snow dusting Christmas eve and it is snowing right now, but will change to rain later tonight.

I will finally see 2 of my 3 on saturday if we don't get the next storm they say is possible

 Is that vague enough for you?  It has been a too busy complicated Spring.  I had no energy to blog.  All is well now, so I can share some things with you:   1. When I shoot photos of the moon I think of Dear Teresa.  Gone too soon. She took fabulous moon pictures.  2. Insufficient Information

Dear buddy nurse and spay neuter pal Linda, came to visit yesterday.  We knitted. We laughed.  We shared books we are reading. She Showed me her scarf.  It looks like a shawl but it is a scarf. Here is her yarn choice. And the( OUCH) price.   It makes her happy to knit.  If Linda's happy I'm happy.  I dont' know the pattern and neither does she.  Her dog literally shredded her pattern.  She was at a point where she had memorized the easy part and she's nearly finished.  So there you go, anyone know the pattern? You are all so sweet about the move and the house.
