Ice Balloons

QUEENAVANNA@wordpress.com posted this on PINTEREST.

Fill balloons with colored water and freeze them.  Then take the balloon off the frozen colored globe....
instant beauty......

We used a bulb syringe to get some colored water into the already mostly filled balloons.  Then we tied them.  The ones I set outside to freeze, took longer than the ones I put in my freezer to freeze.
I am going to line my walk with them...........I think they are adorable.
I'm here to tell you it works.  I am going to decorate with ice globes next week when we have a party for AL and Zach's Homecomings.  The little cousins will love this.  I love this.....

I have some work to do to line my whole path...but it is easy.
Like them????

Very cool (literally) . . . I think they will make a festive pathway to your door.

Welcome home to Al and Zach.

It's beautiful! I wish I had time or space in my freezer to copy this. Can't wait to see a photo of the lined sidewalk. :) g

So sad.....ice balloons, ice lanterns-all so fun. I feel left out. It is never cold enough here anymore for anything to stay frozen very long. I had to dash the spumoni ice cream home to the freezer just now so we didn't have too much car melt.

I love these globes, it will look mighty festive at your house.
I am trying to figure out gauge for the blue sweater I am attempting to knit. Attempting is the key word here. I should be wrapping!
Hugs to you,
Meredith
