Back to Back Bloggers

GO ahead.....tell me about a blog you read that gets only a few comments.  Make it a knit blog.  Leave me a blogname in the comments here and you are entered in my contest. Make it a blog we've never heard of before if you can.     Let's get out there and leave each other some comments.  Nothing make my day like hearing from you.  Then we can go out there in the cyberknit world and support each other.  Contest ends: Sunday night June 10th.
Stay tuned for a great knit prize.....

Oh gosh. I just don't read many knitting bloggers you don't already know! Most of the knit bloggers I've added in the last year are friends I met through you and your swaps...

Dog House Yarns http://doghouseyarns.wordpress.com/ is a shop blog, and yes, I do post there once in a while, but Mary writes post of the posts and she's a brilliant designer and teacher.

I really enjoy Stitches of Violet.
http://stitchesofviolet.blogspot.com/ Although I've never met her in person, I admire her spunk, her great knitting, and her wonderful bird photos. We heart yarn is another one of my favorites. I agree with GMarie and am always always in awe of her yarn supply! She's a great source of nice pattern links as well.

Love the picture!

But it seems that a lot of the blogs I read, have been found through others' links, etc., so at the moment, my brain can't come up with one ... :-(

I just started reading

http://carpaltunnelbride.wordpress.com/

She is ambitiously (crazily) knitting her own wedding dress!

http://knitterbunny.wordpress.com/ --- Kelli raises rabbits, so there are often squeeable bunny photos, plus, she is beginning to design some wondrous things.

Plus, http://thecatknits.blogspot.com/ --- Jo --- is one of the kindest-hearted, most generous knitting people you will ever come across.

This is a great way to find new blogs about knitting - right now I'm thinking my blog doesn't get many comments but then it's not just a blog about knitting but about everything and anything. So I'd better find another one - but the ones I follow and enjoy all seem to have followers and comments - here's one I follow occasionally but it only has one comment on its last post - http://irishknittingandcrochet.blogspot.ie/ and that site references all the knitting and crochet blogs on a list so it's a great resource for the likes of me always looking for new blogs to enjoy! I'm looking forward to Knit in Public Day Tues. next and we've done some terrific Yarnbombing lately - see my blog for the last one and one more to follow after this weekend!
all the best, Catherine xxx

Kathy - do you know Amy at Mrs. Darcie's Menagerie? She's a knitter, spinner, sewer and currently a baby grower! She's lovely and doesn't receive many comments.
