I finished a pair of baby booties/slippers. No, it isn't Christmas, but aha! I have a gift ready.

When people see them in real time they say OH! in that sweet, melting their hearts way.

You just have to trust me. They are adorable.

Now I am making a pair for ME! I am addicted to the pattern.
It is SOOOOOOO easy.
I bought it online from the designer: Julia Houston
They are the It's Our Secret Booties.

Katherine of Comfort Zone Knitting Needles, makes the same gift for all her relatives
SOME YEARS (not this year!) at the holidays. I think I am taking on Katherine's mojo this
year. Lookout everyone, it is going to be a slipper year.

And cat owners are telling me it is going to be a cold winter. Their kitties coats
are already extra thick....

I don't see how they could be cuter in person. They are darling. I'm so glad to hear that you have picked up the Christmas knitting mojo. I'm going to enjoy it a lot more with you doing the knitting! If the cool weather we have been having in Texas is any indication you will need to knit lots of booties!!

 Is that vague enough for you?  It has been a too busy complicated Spring.  I had no energy to blog.  All is well now, so I can share some things with you:   1. Dear buddy nurse and spay neuter pal Linda, came to visit yesterday.  We knitted. We laughed.  We shared books we are reading. She Showed me her scarf.  It looks like a shawl but it is a scarf. Here is her yarn choice. And the( OUCH) price.   It makes her happy to knit.  If Linda's happy I'm happy.  I dont' know the pattern and neither does she.  Her dog literally shredded her pattern.  She was at a point where she had memorized the easy part and she's nearly finished.  So there you go, anyone know the pattern? You are all so sweet about the move and the house.
