When there is no knitting there are no knitting pictures

I'm so ready for baseball.
I don't expect anything this season.

Grace of lovincomfortknits.blogspot.com posted a picture( on her yesterday's post )of her lace shawl fitting through a wedding ring. I think this is amazing. I can barely fit my finger through my weddding ring. If you don't know Grace and her lace shawls you really are missin out! Her B/P is up this morning so say something funny when you visit.

I met Darcy through Grace at darcyknottyknitter.blogspot.com and she posted for me too! She has posted an image of a man spinning angora right off a bunny's back. I have such thick hair you could probably spin half my hair off and no one would notice.

Then I could make a hair shawl and fit it through a hoola hoop.

I told Al this morning that Graces B/P is up. Fireman said, "who's Grace?"
we both looked at him from the computer screen
and he said,
"Oh your pretend friend."

I don't think pretend friends post pictures for you on their blogs. I think Fireman is jealous.
Or maybe he just wanted me to get up and help him with the dishes.......

Ha ha, my hubby always asks if the person I am speking of is a "Virtual" or "Real" friend. I think he is jealous too. Everyone is a real friend, met in person or not!

Pretend, wow that almost makes me feel like I am skinny or something--- if you can't see her she must be really thin ---oh well I know what i mean!

Headache has eased today, thats a good thing!!

BF cut out a cartoon for me that has a kid on a swingset talking to his imaginary friend explaining "All my mom's imaginary friends are on something called Facebook"

I have made many lovely "pretend" friends and I always hope to meet them IRL someday. I'm glad to have made many pretend friends, one of whom is you. Hope you arm is better.

Every Once in a While I Might Post

 Is that vague enough for you?  It has been a too busy complicated Spring.  I had no energy to blog.  All is well now, so I can share some things with you:   1. When I shoot photos of the moon I think of Dear Teresa.  Gone too soon. She took fabulous moon pictures.  2. I did not see one shooting star last night.  I only got up for a few moments around 3 a.m.  The local weather guy said he saw a few quick faint ones.   3. How can I can have one grown child in Oklahoma under flood watch, and One Child in Mexico under hurricane watch?  On the same day.  Tis true.  4. What have I knitted lately?  I am pretty sure I've ripped more than I've knit.  I ripped out a shawl that I was making up.  It was cotton and pretty.  I need to follow a pattern.  5. I was trying to make socks and decided to make mittens instead.  I haven't worked a thumb in a long time.  I may have to frog it too.  So I ha...
