Log Cabin success.

This is a log cabin for worsted weight yarn pattern from Theresa Gaffrey Designs #165. I am using Riverstone yarns. I can only knit a little bit at a time, but it is coming along. I wanted to use Northwoodsy colors. I think the colors work.

Here's a little something I learned recently. I have always thought my children were color blind. Their idea of blue is a green really. Browns are reddsish to them. Anyhow, I decided to have them take the on line colorblind test, because they should know they have this issue.

They both passed. I failed. HAHAHAHAHA. Jokes on me!
I'll talk to you in the comments. :)

It's beautiful! I can't wait to see the blanket finished. It looks like you have been knitting fast. No one would know that you have a wounded wing and no one would ever believe you could possibly be colorblind! Just keep putting those pretty colors together!!

Oh my, how funny that they passed and you failed. I guess there is no way to know if you are seeing colors correctly, huh? In any case, the colors you chose for your blanket look terrific! At least, to me they do!!

The blanket is really looking good.

It is particularly strange about the colorblindness since that is usually a (male) sex-linked trait. I knew you were special!
I want to knit a log cabin yours is loverly also I think blue looks purple hehehe.Hugs Darcy

Maybe you have four colour cones in your eyes rather than the usual three? It can affect colour perception. You don't seem to have any problems putting colours together :-)
