Some have asked for a little more information. I think this may help. The three socks on the right were knitted. The leftover socks on the left, came about from knitting those three socks' leftovers together.

WHy aren't there ever any leftover cookies around here?
or potato chips?
or leftover apple cobbler from the other night?

I had leftover chocolate cake in the freezer but it's all gone. Don't you love frozen cake? Especially with buttercream frosting. The leftover socks are really great!

I have leftover chili and some spaghetti that is probably petrified by now, hmmm better go take care of that =)

I have lots and lots of little balls of sock yarn lying around, but I think they may just be about the right size for socks in DD's size =)

I had one skein each of two different self stiping Heart and Soles. I alternated every five rows between the two and got some very cute fraternal socks. I made non-matching socks for the grands, Dobby socks ala Harry Potter.

It's too much fun seeing how all the different color combos will come out!

I'm wishing for some leftover summer on this chilly, windy day.

It's not that I mind the chance to wear my woolens and take a break from mowing the lawn, but I hate the slippery roads that will be here soon. They totally cramp my style.

 Is that vague enough for you?  It has been a too busy complicated Spring.  I had no energy to blog.  All is well now, so I can share some things with you:   1. Insufficient Information

Dear buddy nurse and spay neuter pal Linda, came to visit yesterday.  We knitted. We laughed.  We shared books we are reading. She Showed me her scarf.  It looks like a shawl but it is a scarf. Here is her yarn choice. And the( OUCH) price.   It makes her happy to knit.  If Linda's happy I'm happy.  I dont' know the pattern and neither does she.  Her dog literally shredded her pattern.  She was at a point where she had memorized the easy part and she's nearly finished.  So there you go, anyone know the pattern? You are all so sweet about the move and the house.
