Day #4 There are no bad answers Contest
All of the answers were "C". The sock yarn from Jennifer is too hard to resist. I'm not going to Stitches this year. Huck, my new little lamb, got a short short summer cut!
Some sock knitting did get done today in the car. Fireman and I went out with friends for the day. The weather held. We had a fun time, and I hope my wrist won't hurt in the morning.
#9) What did we do with friends today?
#10) I'm going to start working a new shift. This will allow me to have a ROUTINE. I can have the same routine every morning whether I am working or not. Give me some suggestions for my morning routine. Do you have a nice routine? I'd love some ideas.
I'll talk to you in the comments. :)

#10) Hard to answer. I'd settle for a cup of coffee and 30 minutes of knitting in the morning ;-) And then of course start the day
My morning routine is make coffee, make Pea's lunch, put a load of laundry on and then read blogs and get some e-mails answered. Walk on the treadmill, do some housework and shower. Oh how exciting, huh??
And I agree with Breien, a great cup of coffee to get your day going (or tea if you are a tea drinker) and knitting on a project in the still quiet of the morning is a great way to start the day.
My favorite morning routine is to get up early, make a cup of tea and knit while I read my favorite blogs (like Irisheyes Knitting). After that--off to the YMCA for a workout and then to the office. The problem with a routine is that you feel really out of kilter if anything interferes with it!
10 catch up on the pc while having my tes/coffee. Watch the news in the background, start laundry and dishes, relax a bit. garden some, work out if motivated.
10) my morning routine is - to wake up late and have to rush to get to work on time. But I do try to get my bowl of Cheerios every morning.
10) I get up in the morning, throw on some clothes and maybe comb my hair (not always--I am the neighborhood crank), take the dog for a long walk before it gets hot, come back and have my breakfast with a big glass of ice water, take a shower, and make some coffee. I feel like I'm ready for the day at that point.
I love it when dogs are freshly shorn. They always look so fuzzy and cute.
10. I get up an hour before I have to be anywhere...spend 30 minutes showering and getting ready, then go back to sleep until I have to leave.
