These are Lynn's monkey socks in Socks That Rock's lightweight Dutch Canyon. Accolades! I love when she sends me FO's. She and Al really round out the irisheyes blog. Al and Lynn pursue the passion of knitting with a similar mindset. The are not afraid of seams and long pattern repeats. The create lovely handknits with smooth and beautiful stitches. They inspire me!

These are beautiful! Sadly, I have now been bitten by the lace knitting bug and my stocks are in hibernation. I'm sure they'll come out to play again soon though!

Oh WOW these are some of the most beautiful Monkeys I've seen! Great job Lynn!! The color is yummy and they look so soft. I have put off making Monkeys, but now I have to rethink that.

 Is that vague enough for you?  It has been a too busy complicated Spring.  I had no energy to blog.  All is well now, so I can share some things with you:   1. Dear buddy nurse and spay neuter pal Linda, came to visit yesterday.  We knitted. We laughed.  We shared books we are reading. She Showed me her scarf.  It looks like a shawl but it is a scarf. Here is her yarn choice. And the( OUCH) price.   It makes her happy to knit.  If Linda's happy I'm happy.  I dont' know the pattern and neither does she.  Her dog literally shredded her pattern.  She was at a point where she had memorized the easy part and she's nearly finished.  So there you go, anyone know the pattern? You are all so sweet about the move and the house.
