Huck learned to wind yarn
then he brings it to me when he's finished.
I haven't knit a sock since before Christmas. Suddenly, the urge has returned. This is Confetti yarn . The way it changes colors so fast, makes it really look like confetti. With my short attention span, this is really entertaining me!
I was trying a lace sock pattern, for the last two days. And I quit. I have a problem with YO's at the end of the sock needle. They make me nervous. Just hanging there, waiting to fall off and ruin my count. Plus, this yarn doesnt' lend itself to lace. It is crazy enough without complicating it.
I planted all geraniums by the back porch this year. Between confetti yarn and flowers, can you see I'm starved for colors after our long grey winter in Chicago?
What is your garden colorway this year?
I'll talk to you in the comments. :)

I love the confetti yarn. I am making a pair of socks out a Regia Bamboo that has a confetti like quality, the color changes about every 1 1/2 inches.
The theme in my flowerbeds right now is "grass and weeds" I 'm trying to decide if I want to do something or just stick with that theme, it's pretty low maintenance. ;)
my girls would love to have a dog and I would love to have one that can help me with winding my yarn:)Hugs Darcy
If Spike had that skein around his neck, it would be in a million knots in seconds! :D
Hope you fins a pattern that looks great with the colors.
Katherine, what herb dries the best? Im a huge rosemary fan. Maybe I should grow some here! Is it hard to grow? What kind of soil/sun etc?

As for YO's at the ends of needles, you can always pick up a stitch on the next round if you want.
