Malabrigo Bouquet against snow

Okay, you have all had enough of the Malabrigo adoration, by now. Clearly, I have not. This is my artsy post of the week. Just look at those shades. A lovelier December bouquet there could not be. The Frugal Hungarian is enamored with this handful because they are all leftovers from the Malabrigo madness that began at Stitches in August.

You know I'll be knitting with these precious scraps sometime soon. But what??? Thats what my LYS is for; they can tell me what to make!

I'm off to bring my Mom her scarf. It is her birthday. I decided I could not give my scarf to her on Christmas eve, because Al will be giving my sister Deb, the cabled scarf that night too. Mom's scarf would look like ....well. ....like...second fiddle to Al's! My mom would NEVER say that, but suffice to say, I'd like it to have it's own little time tonight!

 Is that vague enough for you?  It has been a too busy complicated Spring.  I had no energy to blog.  All is well now, so I can share some things with you:   1. When I shoot photos of the moon I think of Dear Teresa.  Gone too soon. She took fabulous moon pictures.  2. Dear buddy nurse and spay neuter pal Linda, came to visit yesterday.  We knitted. We laughed.  We shared books we are reading. She Showed me her scarf.  It looks like a shawl but it is a scarf. Here is her yarn choice. And the( OUCH) price.   It makes her happy to knit.  If Linda's happy I'm happy.  I dont' know the pattern and neither does she.  Her dog literally shredded her pattern.  She was at a point where she had memorized the easy part and she's nearly finished.  So there you go, anyone know the pattern? You are all so sweet about the move and the house.
