The Gift for the Irish Sister

Al made this scarf from a book of scarves, the title of which escapes her. She made it for my sister, Deb. When Al was little she told us that this sister of mine , Deb, was her fairygodmother. Deb embraced this appointed role wholeheartedly.

A fine Christmas gift for an irish fairygodmother. A fine gift. Don't you know?

How do you know that Deb isn't her fairy godmother? You never can be too sure of those things.
The scarf is just lovely. What a very special and wonderful gift.
Al is a very talented young lady!

Beautiful scarf. I love scarves. I have way too many scarf patterns, because I can't resist. Makes me want to start another, 'cuz I just got my first KnitPicks order today, and I got yarn for another scarf for me.
