Puff the little Dragon Costume

Here is the cutest costume this Halloween. Jen's silky terrier pup is a very brave dragon in his little puff ball costume. Custom knitted by Jen's mom, Jan, my best knitting teacher ever. She just knits in her creativity and comes up with wonders like this.

Sedie asked about getting her very own Crochet calendar. Sedie, they are available at Borders and Barnes and Noble according to the publisher. I wish it would have included feltable crochet patterns. I find it so much faster to crochet and felt, and actually think the outcome is superior to knitted felted outcomes.

Thanks for the info on the calendar! I'll be going to my local bookstore soon and picking one up. BTW, that dragon costume is the cutest!!!!!

 Is that vague enough for you?  It has been a too busy complicated Spring.  I had no energy to blog.  All is well now, so I can share some things with you:   1. Dear buddy nurse and spay neuter pal Linda, came to visit yesterday.  We knitted. We laughed.  We shared books we are reading. She Showed me her scarf.  It looks like a shawl but it is a scarf. Here is her yarn choice. And the( OUCH) price.   It makes her happy to knit.  If Linda's happy I'm happy.  I dont' know the pattern and neither does she.  Her dog literally shredded her pattern.  She was at a point where she had memorized the easy part and she's nearly finished.  So there you go, anyone know the pattern? You are all so sweet about the move and the house.
