Okay, thanks, many thanks to Lynn and Al, and my sweater is finally done. I was thrilled that the weather was cool today! I'll post a better photo of the color sometime. It is so comfortable. Still, it will be a long long time before I knit anything with seams again. I dont like to rely on others for help and the seaming process just isn't something I want to work on right now as a skill. Al and I have been trying to come up with a contest. I am so scattered lately. So, I'm going to ask a bunch of scattered questions. Cookie Sheet Blanket Contest .....

This is a call for knitters to knit a baby blanket no bigger than a cookie sheet. Blankets will be distributed in the NICU where I work. We just don't get many blankets. We need them. Traditional baby colors will do, but we'd love you to branch out a bit. Use up those leftovers if you wish. You could win a lovely prize. All who send a blanket by November 1st, ALL SAINTS DAY, you angels you, will be entered in the drawing. Here are the rules: Blanket must be made of yarn which is washable. Sorry, Hospital rules.
