Michigan Avenue flowers in April. Da Mayor has done a great job with gardens and beauty along the parks. We were on our way to the Body Works exhibit Saturday. Word of advice: I heard many kids under the age of 14 or so, complaining of it being boring. I found it fascinating. How can a tiny little uterus be so much trouble?  Posted by Hello

(just another baby legging in the image. Using my socks yarns a little differently) I think that blogger may not have correctly counted all the posts I've written. Al and I have been trying to come up with a contest. I am so scattered lately. So, I'm going to ask a bunch of scattered questions. Cookie Sheet Blanket Contest .....

This is a call for knitters to knit a baby blanket no bigger than a cookie sheet. Blankets will be distributed in the NICU where I work. We just don't get many blankets. We need them. Traditional baby colors will do, but we'd love you to branch out a bit. Use up those leftovers if you wish. You could win a lovely prize. All who send a blanket by November 1st, ALL SAINTS DAY, you angels you, will be entered in the drawing. Here are the rules: Blanket must be made of yarn which is washable. Sorry, Hospital rules.
