Simple Wins Out

I knit my Midnight Mobius in two nights.
This super simple pattern is all garter on size 15s.
Do a twist and sew the seams.
I have to pick soft acrylic for around my neck.
This is Thick and Quick acrylic.
It is like a cloud around my neck.
Just in time for our near recording breaking cold days this week.
It was perfect Westminster watching knitting too.
The Golden Retriever didn't win...again.
I enjoyed the coverage and two whole nights with no channel flipping going on.
I rarely reserve the TV for myself, but I do for the Dog show!

The cats just seemed to watch a bit and I could see them thinking,
"This whole thing is silly.
Don't these animals ever sit down and wrap their tail around their paws and just be admired?"
and then,
"Im going back to sleep"

Love the color of your Mobius, and also how fast you knit it! Of course, I guess #15 needles helps. Keep warm!

I think the event is fixed....Golden's should always win.
Love the mobius.

Gorgeous cowls! I am so upset that I missed the dog show.. I have no idea why. He's a cute Beagle, but those dogs are runners.. if you let them off leash you'll never see them again. Have fun knitting! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

Yup Beagles are kind of a different breed! I know they are notoriously hard to housebreak. Yet they have that cute all american dog face that so many seem to fall for!

ExACTly what the cats are thinking!

I just watched the video from Best in Show --- that little Beagle knew she had it as soon as that spotlight hit her. What a great dog.

Very pretty cowls! Perfect for winter in Chicago. Stay warm!

Lovely! Perfect for the big chill we are all having.
The little beagle was cute. The Mister was in shock. Beagles don't win best in show in his world. He still can't get over it.

Those cowls DO look very warm and snuggly!

We are about to get our coldest weather of the season. Tomorrow night it will be below freezing. Not looking forward to THAT!

Nice cowl...and yes, it will be just the ticket!

I think the cats' thoughts on watching the dog show is just about right...you are good at reading their minds!

That is such a beautiful cowl. And unlike many cowls, this one lays beautifully when you wear it.

It is cold, isn't it? Just going to work is unpleasant!

I love your cowl, I'm sure it's going to come in quite handy for you. I can't believe what bad weather parts of Canada and the States are getting. Just plain nasty!

Ooh, that cowl looks cosy. The older I get the more I like to keep my neck warm. Especially in this weather!

I think the cats are a tiny bit jealous of all the attention the dogs are getting - but they'll never admit it. :)
