A Little Something

Ain't she purdy?
This lovely was knit up by all the staff at Three Bags Full taking a turn.
(I am not posting it on their blog as they have already shown it on Facebook. I do have a new post up at Threebagfullcorner.blogspot.com highlighting a lace scarf that is very affordable.  Check it out if you please!)

Here are a few more little somethings for today 6.19.14

*I'm reading Population 485 and loving it.

*My nieces are in from Arizona.  We are spending the day with them..Hmmmm
Zoo? ?Beach ? Racetrack?

What are you reading?
Which would you pick? Zoo beach or racetrack?

I read Population 485 a long time ago. I enjoyed it. I think my favorite chapter was the drunk guy in the huge car.

Michael Perry has another book about his life on the farm. I really want to find that one too.

If it's hot --- beach
More moderate day --- zoo

Have a good visit with family.

I love the scarf!! I am currently reading Allegiant by Veronica Roth to keep up with granddaughter Sam, and listening to Runner by Thomas Perry. No beach, no zoo, but plenty of knitting going on here. Enjoy your family visit.

Just finished "State of Wonder" by Ann Patchett which I really liked (except for some of the Amazon creatures)and now am reading "On Kingdom Mountain" by Frank Moser (I think that's how he spells his name)which is chock full of quirky characters. I vote for the Zoo. Whatever you do - enjoy!!

Now that's a pretty scarf; I think the colors work so well together.

What is Population 485 about??

Have fun with the girls!! I'm sure they'll be very excited with any of those activities!

I'm reading Suncatchers, a Kaindle freebie, and I love it!

My vote is for the zoo AND the racetrack. Whatever you decide, I know you'll have fun.

I still haven't read Population 485, which I realize is scandalous for a native Wisconsinite. I'm reading The Fault in Their Stars so I can see the movie. I always vote for the beach.

I'm listening to The Good Dream and loving it.
I vote for the zoo if it's not too hot. If it's hot is has to be the beach. Of course, if they are from Arizona the heat won't matter to them!
Love the scarf, too!

LOL! I read they were in from Arizona and then wondered where a beach was in Arizona. Duh! I vote Beach!

Beach. ALWAYS the beach. And I'm reading "Diagnosing Giants," which is fascinating. Hope you enjoy your company!

Those AZ gals need to see Lake Michigan if the weather permits and then the Zoo. I just finished The Last Runaway and then The Storied Life of AJ Fikrey and enjoyed both.

I was going to go to the store yesterday but got side tracked--needed gas and then went on home perhaps soon.
