Mother's Day Weekend Salsa

A nurse at work brought this Salsa for Nurses week dinner. It is amazing.
Pineapple Mango Salsa

Cubed pineapple
cubed Mango
tons of cilantro
Red or green peppers
2 jalapeƱo peppers
salt to tast
Lemon juice
lime juice

Eat it with your favorite corn chips.

I'm happy to report that Rozzy is having a great day. She wanted to go outside and eat grass so she could vomit later.  Whatever she wants….
Grateful for some good days!

I so glad Rozzy is doing well, and whatever Rizzy wants Rozzy gets (even eating grass and what follows)!

The salsa sounds delish. I just bought mangoes today so maybe Ill try it.

Think the Knight will stop and pick up some mangoes for me?

Hope you're having a good Mother's Day, Kathy! Your salsa recipe looks yummy. Why is it that cat's do that? Especially today of all days?

mango salsa?! sweet with heat. I bet that would be good on a nice piece of halibut. hmm.

True confession: I'm crap for picking out a mango. 50/50.

I love that picture of Rozzy, "awww" inducing.
