Here's hoping you're sunning yourself on a beautiful beach with a cold Dos Equis (stay thirsty, my friend), having ordered Chinese carry-out for dinner. All this...while someone else is home caring for the cats, putting groceries away, making coffee, and spraying the fruit-flies with cheap hairspray!

I'm hoping #9 is C. Everyone should have a little time with the most interesting man in the world.

You always make me smile.

We had Chinese take-out last night too.

So go cast on some socks already. I always have a pair on the needles in a pretty little gift bag on standby. Always. Sometimes it takes years to finish the pair but they are not really a knitting project but a tonic for the soul. Sometimes you just need a sock to work on. It's a primeval urge. You can't ignore it.

BTW: Today's post was hilarious and totally brilliant!

PS:Daddio has been battling fruit flies all summer also. I've tried everything including those little plastic apples filled with poison you buy at the hardware store. Nothing is working. Nothing.

I got the purse insert which is exceptionally well made at SIMPLENATURAL etsy site. She has many more. They are well priced!!

Your quiz has driven me to drink a Hard Lemonade, but there is not an interesting man in site. It's 5 o'clock somewhere, right?

What??? Never tell??? The purse organizer looks brilliant... you should see what I am using! Have you tried cucumber and strawberry slices in water? My daughter, the nurse, sometimes flavors her water for work with them.

Another great post Kathy!

c)Dos Equis ...and I drink it with the most interesting man in the world

Seriously? I heart that household of yours.

And I'm glad to know that the Chicago area is having some kind of aggravated fruit fly season as well as the Bay Area. I like the Cider vinegar + dishwashing soap (makes em stick) combo in a shallow plastic container. They have been haunting the office space as well. I appear scary and twitchy, swatting at the air about me. Have a great weekend!!
