Go ahead. Have a cone. They are from generous Grace at lovincomfortknits.blogspot.com. These scoops arrived for me in the mail and they hadn't even melted. They are magical. They are angora/wool. Grace is supportive of my cowl addiction. Grace is a bit of a fairy godmother. Do you have a fairy godmother or are you one?

Speaking of icecream, I had a half of a scoop, don't be impressed, the scoop was enough to feed at least two, fully. It was brought home to me and I had to eat some. It was cookie dough. What was the last scoop you had?

Oreo cookies and cream. Yesterday. Yum! One thing I love about living in Texas is that in the summer it's "eat ice cream or die!" Love the color of your cones!

I have been into Carvel Fat-free vanilla with strawberry topping. Those cones look yummy, too, though! Very sweet and amazingly kind to the figure! LOL

Chocolate fudge brownie... though I try to keep ice cream to only a few times a year. I think that photo would make a great greeting card to sell to knitters:)

Wow - those cones are fabulous looking, and I'll bet they are wonderfully soft. I'm waiting for my fairy godmother to show up some day - so far no sign of her.

Hi - me again,

I meant to ask you what you were knitting in the "can't" (june 16) post. I can't figure it out? What are the yarns and what are you knitting (in what direction)

Generally I try to stay positive and instead of saying "can't" I think of it as choosing not to.

I want to BE a fairy godmother! But I am way to unobservant/forgetful and generally late to the party so it never works out like I wish it would. Someday I will grow into my wand waving skills - just you wait!

I was knitting another cowl. BUT, I frogged it. I didnt like the celery color with the angora . Didnt it knit up in a rainbow like way?

Dear buddy nurse and spay neuter pal Linda, came to visit yesterday.  We knitted. We laughed.  We shared books we are reading. She Showed me her scarf.  It looks like a shawl but it is a scarf. Here is her yarn choice. And the( OUCH) price.   It makes her happy to knit.  If Linda's happy I'm happy.  I dont' know the pattern and neither does she.  Her dog literally shredded her pattern.  She was at a point where she had memorized the easy part and she's nearly finished.  So there you go, anyone know the pattern? You are all so sweet about the move and the house. Every Once in a While I Might Post

 Is that vague enough for you?  It has been a too busy complicated Spring.  I had no energy to blog.  All is well now, so I can share some things with you:   1. When I shoot photos of the moon I think of Dear Teresa.  Gone too soon. She took fabulous moon pictures.  2. I did not see one shooting star last night.  I only got up for a few moments around 3 a.m.  The local weather guy said he saw a few quick faint ones.   3. How can I can have one grown child in Oklahoma under flood watch, and One Child in Mexico under hurricane watch?  On the same day.  Tis true.  4. What have I knitted lately?  I am pretty sure I've ripped more than I've knit.  I ripped out a shawl that I was making up.  It was cotton and pretty.  I need to follow a pattern.  5. I was trying to make socks and decided to make mittens instead.  I haven't worked a thumb in a long time.  I may have to frog it too.  So I have been knitting, but not making things.  6.
