Blues and Bikinis

 I love the color blue.
Seeing girls in swim suits brought this tip to mind.
I stopped my Weight watcher monthly tracking and charges.
I'm maintaining and it is difficult.
You can't eat much more on maintenance than on lose mode.
Oh well.

There is a Ravelry group just for Weight Watchers.
We knit and we weigh in on healthy foods and ups and downs.
There is a Rav group for everything and I'm so glad.

I SERIOUSLY need to get back on the weight watching bandwagon. I'll come by and check out the Rav group.

Weight is such an issue in women as we age, those darn hormones don't help at all. No thinking about bikini's okay?

I love your blue color photos. I don't even want to talk about weight.. but I'm very proud of you to work so hard at yours. Only way I can lose is starvation.. sigh. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

Proud of you for maintaining. I know how hard that is. Since my health issues, it seems even harder to lose weight.
Blessings,
Betsy

I've been doing great on my diet, um...lifestyle change but today I blew it on potato and macaroni salad. Don't even get me started on the strawberry shortcake. Tomorrow it's back to the plan. I WILL get back into my old summer pants.

I'm off to check out the group! Thanks.
Someone needs to figure out how to eat and still lose weight because the whole diet thing is really a drag. Spoken by someone who just ate her way through the Holiday. LOL

Blue is a fantastic color, I agree!
The weight thing is so frustrating-3 pounds can go on like that-snap! but takes weeks to go back off. Misery. I can see why people will try the 'fad' pills to make fat go away!

I need to find that group! I am in WW lose mode - some weeks are definitely better than others. Your photos are fantastic!
