Transformed

I had our furniture repair/paint pals change the old secretary.

I was sick of it.   It was an oak stain for years and years
I absolutely love what His and Hers Furniture did for this piece.  I'm into grays.

I'm going to knit a bit on my stocking later.

My Birthday is tomorrow and I know we'll have a great day.
Fireman has worked so hard and we wont 'have to pack or do anything house related.

I told my mom , last night, that my birthday was soon.
She smiled and starting to sing  Happy Birthday to you
then she forgot the rest.

It was awesome anyhow.

Happy birthday!!!!
That desk is gorgeous! When Daughter moved into her new place she went to a vintage place that refinishs to your specifications and got lots of beautiful pieces for a very reasonable price. She is into gray too and had a bench done with a fair isle cushion that is to die for.

It's beautiful! I love the style and those compartments. My great uncle had a cool, vintage desk that I had wanted, but we had just moved and our office still has some unpacked items so we didn't take it. Hau'oli la hanau to you.
