I Believe

I Believe that Fireman's mother, who passed 23 years ago, was with us on our move.  The very last piece of mail we got at our OLD hundred year old home in Glenview was addressed to her, Helen B.
When Fireman's parents first died their mail was forwarded to our home.   Now very infrequently and rather miraculously, we still get an occasional piece of mail addressed to them.  It seems to happen when we are stressed.
I believe she's happy about our move.
I believe cats are magnificent at finding ways to be comfortable.  Ahem, Sir Fezzik discovers a/c vents.
I believe that flowers in a wall vase are spectacular!
I believe I'd never have known this if the cats weren't such big believers in eating flowers.

I believe I found a huge cedar closet in my new basement.

I believe I will have time to read your blogs and leave comments today!

I also believe Kims Hunks and Chicks voting is a blast.

What do you believe?

Mail to Fireman's Mother = blessing.
Cedar lined closet = score!
Fur-babies finding their way (and using litter boxes) = big sigh of relief.

The prayers are working and things are going your way! I'm looking forward to pictures of the new nest.

Wow, you must be very organized to be almost unpacked in 2 days. We still have things in boxes from our move 30 years ago. :-) Enjoy your new home. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

Daddio had a big cedar closet in his house. It's where we kept Mom's ashes. They are in my stash closet now amongst all the pretty yarn and fiber. When Daddio goes they want to both be tossed in the Bay. That may be a while. I hope she's patient.
Wall vases are brilliant. I never thought of that. My kitties eat flowers too and then get sick so I stopped buying them. I'll have to look into that.

I believe that cats exist to keep us smiling.

I believe I will have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for snack! :-)

(I did and it was GOOD!)

So glad your move went well! I believe you sound very happy!!!
Totally laughing a fezzik! We have electric rads now, but the old house had forced air and floor vents - it was not unusual to walk into a cold room and discover it was cold because there was a cat sleeping right on top of the vent!

That you have one of the sunniest attitudes I've ever known.

I believe I am amazed at just how much you have accomplished so quickly. Love the mail for Fireman's Mom. I do believe God sends us signs and wonders if we know to look for them. So glad the cats are settling in well to their new home.
Blessings,
Betsy
