My New Cast on and all that Jazz

There's a new project in town.  This knit necklace is a shop pattern from my LYS.  I've cast on!  I'll share if it is a good pattern.  I'm crazy for it.  Wheeeeeeee.

I walked around the Studio looking for inspiration and just couldnt find any.  Plenty of knitters were in their classes and showing me their projects for the Studio blog.

Nothing was hitting me.  Nada.  Nope. Nothin.

Then I spied with my little eye: this necklace.

Things continue at a crazy pants rate around here.  Boundaries!  Boudaries.  Great time to practice my boundaries.
I cant' fix it all.  I'm not supposed to.

Have I mentioned that I love the Budlite Lime-a- ritas?
There is a new country song I love: the title
YOU LOOK LIKE I NEED A DRINK.

How's it going by you?

Not much happening here - three stalled knitting projects and trying to manage fabric scraps.

I saw the knit necklace in Vegas last spring: it's cute. Happy knitting.

All I do is cast on and put things in bags and hope the knitting fairies come and finish them so I can cast on for more stuff!
That's a fun necklace!

Crazy pants rate describes my life lately, to a tee! AND it's June already. Where is the year going--I haven't even started Christmas. I love the knitted necklace. It would be a great Christmas gift! Thanks for the great idea.

I look forward to the necklace you make. I had to get up early to take my daughter and two GDs to the airport. Now back to normal life.. as normal as it gets around here anyway. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

Big ch-ch-ch-changes coming here and while it is exciting, it is also a bit scary.

Hope you enjoy knitting the necklace. Looks cute.

What a fun pattern! I'm looking forward to seeing what yours looks like. My life has been fairly boring lately. Just knitting and crocheting while waiting for my silly head to heal. Hope things go well for you.
Blessings,
Betsy

I love that i-cord necklace. I hope it's a good pattern.
I never lack for inspiration on what to knit -- or bead, or draw. That's why I always have an insane number of projects going.
And I must check out that song. What a great title!
