Just Chatting Away

I purchased this crocheted bag from Amy at Love Made My Home.
I love it.
I am putting away until we move some day.
If I left it out, Miss Pie would call it hers in a kitty cat second.
I really love how it is not a felted item yet it stands beautifully.

Al is reading Gracekeepers.  She says people who liked The Night Circus Recommended it.  It is just okay so far , she says.

I'm knitting away on my Capucine hat.
I will finish it today, well except for the tassels.

All you Floridians I'm praying for you.
Georgia and Carolinas you too.
Storms are nothing to mess around with.

That's it from me today.
Oh, and one question:
are you getting into a bathing suit this summer?
I might, but it I'll be incognito!

Beautiful basket! My cats would claim it, too!
We did fine in the storm....thanks!

Yes, at some point I will probably be in a bathing suit. But, ONLY in MY pool.

When we go kayaking or to the ocean, I wear cutoffs and a tee shirt. Much more comfortable for me and all those around me. LOL

No way am I getting into a bathing suit this summer. I hope it's different next summer.

That is a great bag. I love the way it stands up.

I don't even own a bathing suit, so my answer is, "No."

Love the basket. Go ahead and use it: you know you want to, right?

I bet I won't get in a suit...I'm thinking the ones I have probably don't fit now anyway. The flip side is if I had a pool I'd be doing laps and wouldn't have the issue of "fitting" into my suit....
Huh! I just let out a gasp! I saw my basket - well, it is yours now of course! - on your blog and it made me gasp!!! I always gasp when that happens!! So glad you like it. Go ahead and use it! Thank you for making me gasp!

The basket is just beautiful. I need to look up a pattern for one of those soon. I'll most likely wear a bathing suit at the lake, but I won't be pleased with it. Ha!
Blessings,
Betsy

Great basket. I have one bathing suit that I've had for some time as I will still fit it. I won't need it this year.

I haven't owned a bathing suit in years. I used to wear boy bathing shorts over my tank suit back in the days. I don't understand why women want to wear those horrible contraptions in public.

I am in a suit several times a week but let me just say this body is not suit ready!
Florida fared fine with the rain from the tropical storm, I was wet all day Monday running in and out of homes I work at and getting drenched. We needed the rain.
Hugs,
Meredith
I do wear a swimming suit because my grand daughters love it when I go to the pool with them.
Nice basket! My cats would be all over that too.
And I bought my swimsuit last year, so I don't have to put myself through that torture for a few more years at least.
