Hear Ye Hear Ye Finished Object Love:Fade To Grey Poncho

I absolutely love my poncho.  This may be my favorite knit of all time except for a sweater made a long time ago.  (socks don't count. I always love sock finishes)

This is Sophia Rose's Fade to Grey Poncho.
Ravelry freebie.
You can use any super bulky yarn to get gauge.
It is a mindless relaxing pattern.
Now I want a campfire to wear it to!
I bought the yarn at Micheal's.
Loops & Threads Cozy wool.
Color: Granite

I have 4 Skeins left.  I will return them.
I usually have hand hurt issues with big needles and yarn.
Not this time.
Used Addi circs and I had no pain.

I know I usually don't like wool.
But it is very soft and I wanted some memory.

This is Fireman's favorite white wine go to.
It is from Washington State
Kungfu Girl.
Cool label huh?

Big excitement:
Hummingbird came to my feeder this morning.
A female!
I hope she sticks around.

I'm on the porch having porch therapy.
I'm praying for Al who is driving across the country again to her new job.  With the two cats.  The two cats hate to travel.
Praying folk, We'll take one thanks!

The poncho looks fantastic: it will be fun to wear on cool evenings and on blustery Fall days. Nice job!

Sending prayers and good thoughts that Al arrives at her new home safely and with relaxed cats.

What a wonderful poncho. Come up to Washington State and sit around our campfire while wearing it. Fireman can get more wine while you're at it! :-)
Blessings,
Betsy

hope she gets there safe and sound! two cats would be very noisy with all that crying that they do. Lovely poncho and how nice that your hands didn't hurt! what a bonus. You look lovely in your new poncho. I wish I had a porch for some porch therapy....

How much did you love knitting the poncho --- REALLY? Would you be willing to make another one? Asking for a friend. ;)
The roll color is perfection.

Amazing poncho!!!
A hummingbird. Hooray :)
Your poncho looks fabulous! I should consider something like that to keep at the office - it gets chilly in there sometimes!
