Neon Sock Love

We'll say in like a LION this March.
It wasn't nearlly as bad as predicted.
I'm so ready for porch weather...and it is not anywhere in sight!
My Neon socks are very fun to knit and especially easy to find!
You simply cannot misplace these babies .....and I have to see, but I think they will glow in the dark!
I had a big anniversary this week.  One year on Weight Watchers and there are 32 pounds less of me as a result.
I'd like to lose 10 more.
Fireman brought me flowers.
Weight loss is emotional.
Everyone has to do it their own way.
My doctor frightened me and I listened.
I have not gone to one meeting.  I'm not a meeting person.
I do keep accountable everyday on line on the site.
I do use the 24/7 chat to talk to others who are coaches.
My biggest challenge will be keeping it off.

Congratulations on the loss! I need to do the same.....
Love those neon socks - fun, fun, fun
Today is Spring weather (Eastern PA - near Valley Forge), but my phone weather app is showing icy conditions Friday and Sunday...so tiresome....

You inspired me to do the online thing, too,, Kathy, and I have lost enough to fit into some formerly too tight clothes again. So thanks, and you're right, the hard part is keeping it off, but I am determined! Have a great day! I wish you were close enough that we could meet for coffee and knit in person more than once a year!
Those socks will keep things cheery until spring truly arrives

Today seems to be a Lion Day for us, too. Yesterday was 70 degrees and sunny. Overnight we had a big thunderstorm and now it's cool and rainy. Tonight it's to go into the 20s. What a winter it's been!!!

Wow....you go girl! I am struggling to lose a few winter pounds and they are not budging. That is just amazing. Neon socks are mighty cool-and trendy. I saw lots of neon sock yarn at the last fiber fest I went to but didn't bring any home, silly me.
It's been a lamb here today. I've been on the deck washing fleece all morning and between the sun and the light wind it's drying very quickly. The Mister even went to play golf today leaving me all ALONE-yay. I hear tomorrow will be a lion though. Darn. I could use a few more lambs.
Congratulations!!! Well done!! xx

Congratulations Kathy!! I'm so proud of you, it's so hard to find something that works and stick with it. Your results are admirable indeed. You are so right, people have to find what works for them. I'm just really trying hard to stay consistent with my activity. When I know I'm going to have a week coming that I won't be able to do as much, I'm trying to get myself out there before to compensate. I sit a lot ... something has to give.

You know I'm crazy about those socks! They are fun and remind me you are on the verge of spring, despite the snow on your ground!

Wow congratulations! That is a great thing to have done. I'm working on it myself but I've only been serious with I t for a week now...but 3 lbs. gone so I'm happy! Love the socks. I think you're right, they won't get lost easily. I had my snow tires taken off today so I hope we don't have any of that white stuff here anymore. Have a great day and again congratulations.
Blessings, Betsy

I am so impressed. Maybe I need to try WW online. I have failed miserably to lose weight in the last few years on my own. 32 lbs is a great achievement and you should be very proud of yourself. I hope you've taken yourself shopping for some new duds!
Congratulations!! That's quite an accomplishment! Good job! I got that scare talk from my doctor last year and I dropped 50 lbs. Now I'm struggling to keep it off. I actually think keeping it off is harder than taking it off. Oh who am I kidding...LOL...it's all hard. I love the socks!!

Congratulations on the big loss! I'm sure you feel MUCH better.

I was doing so well, but fell hard off the diet wagon. Thursday is my day to jump back on. I would say tomorrow, but Steve is on vacation and goes back to work Thursday. So, THURSDAY it is!
