Winners

Most of Stephanie Pearl McPhee's books are all about laughing.
Her book KNITTING RULES
really has some practical and awesome tricks in it.
I'm learning as I read it.
I'm bookmarking the pages.
I'm underlining things.
I'm loving it as they say at McDonalds.
I'm also loving my sock finish from December.  They are cheerfully peeking out from my jeans today.

Someone in my hometown won a million last night in the big Mega game.  I sure hope it was sold at the gas station down the road from me. The man there is super nice.

Did you play? I didnt this time!

I did play and won - $4.00 - be still my heart - LOL! It is fun to at least try and dream a lot!

My sister works at a gas station, convenience store - back in Ohio. At one of the other stores near her - they had a million dollar winner - in the previous night's drawing!

Love your socks! Wish I could knit socks so badly!

Gorgeous happy socks you're wearing. We bought 5 tickets. Dang.. didn't win a billion dollars.
((hugs)), Teresa :-)

I love your socks! They're beautiful. I didn't play. I never win anything so I figured why waste the money. I'm glad someone in your town won though. How exciting.
Blessings, Betsy

No, I didn't purchase a ticket. I prefer to spend my money on more tangible things or put it directly in a slot machine so I can have a bit of entertainment while I lose it. ;o)

Love the socks!

I do not play, but Steve does. He was not the winner from Melbourne Beach, Florida. LOL

Your socks are very pretty! That will surely bring some bright color to the grey days of winter.
Great socks! A much more realistic win than the lottery! xx

We played and I still woke up poor. If I had won the first thing I would have done is go rescue Daddio from the nursing home and set him up in private care. He's had a tough week.
Love those socks. I just used some Christmas money to go buy some more cheerful sock yarn. I need bright colors in winter.

Love the socks! That is the book I like best too. I heard that Canadians close to the border were going over and buying tickets but not me.

I did not play, actually I forgot! I know I live in a tunnel to forget about that jackpot. Love the socks.
