All GOOD

 Al's been gift knitting.
This is the Antler hat.
She got Nathan's dad in their family swap.
Stan will love his hat!

Al used the Bulky acrylic that I  got in Door County in September.

Hi Cutie Pie, see you in a week!!  SQUEAL!!!
I finished my knock off hat that looks like snow fall.
I Love the outcome.
Fireman wants it!
All his.
To my knowledge there is no pattern yet.
I just looked at the hat on Pinterest and tried to copy it .
If I do it again, and I will, I will carry the first color up father a bit and I will alternate single color rows with mixed a bit more....

I've cast on a kerchief shawlette in cotton last night.

GREAT NEWS:
Zach's collar bone is healing. NO surgery needed.
Thanks for all the well wishes!

Oh I love the hats! You did an amazing job without a pattern. And it really does look like snowfall...of which we received 4 inches last night. Not my favorite thing, snow. I think I live in the wrong place. l0l
Blessings,
Betsy

That is great news about Zach!
Al is darling in that hat.
I swear I have a pattern like that; I'll look around. Yours came out really well. I'm not sure you need a pattern!

So happy for Zach!! I love your hat. You did a great job. I especially like the long ribbing which makes nice warm ears! I know how happy you are that Al is coming home. This is such an exciting time of the year. Merry Christmas everyone!!!

No surgery to start the new year-hooray!
The hats look great--no wonder Fireman put dibs on the snow-falling hat!

I love your snow falling hat! I see why the Fireman wants it too! I'm so glad that Zach is alright, well at least won't need surgery! Your girl's hat is fantastic and she looks gorgeous as well. I'm glad you'll all be together soon.

Love the good news that Zach is healing without surgery: young bodies heal faster than older ones. ;o)

Both hats are fabulous!

Think of your snowfall hat as just a "light dusting" of snow! LOL (It looks great!) I can see why fireman would like it for his own. Looks like it will be nice and warm!
Your hat looks really cool! I like the way you knitted it. I haven't been knitting for a long time cause my mother in law do all knitting stuff for me. She is better than me)

Lots of hat knitting at your house, well I still consider Al at your house even if she isn't. Fireman will look fantastic in that hat!
