 One sweet comment suggested I show more garden pictures today.
Well, here are my neighbors lovely stonecrop and pink skirts.
 My cosmos by the climbing hydrangea are going gangbusters....
 Susan's are all over the nieghborhood, so cheerful so social.
This frog was in our friend's garden yesterday.
Maybe if I get a frog I wont have to frog anymore!

Our skunk is making his nightly appearances.
Not one to disturb the delicate suburban ecosystem ...I kind of like him. 
Pie is the first to alert us to his roaming .....she runs across the porch in complete silence and we know why every night around dusk or thereafter. 
Do you have Critters that visit regularly? 


Hoping to finish the second half of my shawl today.

We have a family (or I think two families) of turkeys that wander up and down my street--two adults (I think they're both moms) and seven little turkeys (that now have unfortunately reached the 'awkward' stage and aren't that cute any more).

I'm glad you don't have chickens.. or you wouldn't be glad to have a skunk visit. :-) They are cute, but aren't the best squatters to live under your shed. Ask me how I know. LOL! Love your garden pix! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

Lovely gardens! My Susans have been going strong since July! I love them. My Sedum is just starting to bloom.

I have bunnies, birds, feral and neighbors' cats in my yard. While I love cats, I'm not fond of having them use my yard as a litter box and bird-hunting area. :o(

I have noticed a lot more skunks out lately. I close the windows each night when they make their appearance-- do not want that in the house.

We just recently had two skunks coming by! We used to see them all the time, but lately not so much. We have deer (could be the apple I put out for them each night)... we have foxes, raccoons, possums. All kinds of things. And we are right in the middle of a subdivision area! Love your flowers!! Especially the susans!!

Not many critters that aren't that many non domestic critters in my neighborhood. Though I once swear a raccoon wanted to fight me one night on the trash run.

Yes, we live in the swamp. We have LOTS of critters, most of them reptiles or amphibians, but we DO have a family of deer that come by quite often. They can pick a pepper plant clean in NO time. LOL

We have a nasty old possum and a giant raccoon that come around at night on the deck to see if I have forgotten to pick up the cat bowls before it gets dark. I've threatened them with the broom but they just look at me like "so what". The water bottle does work. I don't want to be mean but I don't want to step on one in the dark. They have sharp looking teeth.

your pink skirts we call cone flowers or echinacea and the stone crop is called sedum. we have a skunk in our court yard of the complex and a ground hog, and a rabbit. I have even seen a turkey and a buck and we don't live rurally at all. they manage to wander through

We ha a couple of baby raccoons up in our pine tree the other night when we came home from choir. Nice garden flowers!

 Is that vague enough for you?  It has been a too busy complicated Spring.  I had no energy to blog.  All is well now, so I can share some things with you:   1. When I shoot photos of the moon I think of Dear Teresa.  Gone too soon. She took fabulous moon pictures.  2. I'm Making Bunny Rabbits

  These are the one square bunnies .  They are a free pattern on Rave1ry.  I'm bunny making to force spring to come.  I'm a1so taking it easy on my hands again.  The med we tried did keep my hands from shaking, but it was a med for a med. and that's crazy town.  I can contro1 a hook much better than need1es.  It wi11 have to suffice for now.  I'm enjoying your b1ogs and your Spring.  This time of year I so want to 1ive in a southern state.  But this Spring is a new one for me and I'm going to find a way to 1ove it.   IT may have just gotten to 50.   Degrees.  I have to run.  There's very ear1y yardwork to do.   The birds have 1eft a rotten mess of sunf1ower she11s under the feeders.  I hope it is not frozen!  Have you been switching things up in your neck of the woods?   I haven't forgotten you, b1og pa1s.  I 1ove seeing you on Instagram .

Do You Smile When You Knit???

I am pretty sure I smile when I knit.  I'm going to think about that today when I pick up the baby blanket in progress.  I am also pretty sure I cry when I knit; well, not really.  I have shed some tears over the years but they were way back.  I surely scowl when I drop a stitch.   A time lapse of knitters' faces would be interesting enough .... Tank, aka Helo, is starting to smile around here.  Just look into those aqua eyes......they make me smile all the time. He is half Siamese and all gorgeous.
