Tuesday Things

The fire pit is looking good. The daisies are a nice touch. They planted themselves, so...
The climbing hydrangea is all over the side of the shed.  It loves it there.
I am so enjoying my knit project.  So glad I switched away from the poncho pattern. It is now SHRUG IT OFF by Miser on Ravelry.

Yesterday was REAL summer in Chicago. Hot humid and time to swim for Fezzik.  Fireman and I replaced some worn out porch screens in the heat and humidity.  I was on the OUTSIDE as the mosquitoes don't like me anyhow.
Leaving you with just a little humor from the frozen yogurt shop in the Outer Banks....

Love the selfie pic!
It sure isn't summery today, is it? I'm under a blanket!
Meg Swansen has two Maine Coons, She got them from a rescue organization had had no idea they weren't just tabbies when she adopted them. She loves them, of course!

I can smell burned marshmallows looking at the fire pit!
Your shrug colorway really is shown off in that picture. I'm excited that you're excited for it's new pattern.
Swim, Fezzik, Swim! He's such a cutie.
And I love the picture you took at the Outer Banks, the surrounding posts, make it super summery and fun!

Fezzik is ADORABLE! Giroux likes playing with the ice cubes in his water bowl, but he would never go "all in". LOL

I've never seen a cat that loved water. Way to go, Fezzik!

Isn't it fun to sit around the firepit? My sister and niece have one, and I love sitting out there when I visit.

I know how much your shed loves the hydrangea. Our house misses the ivy that used to climb all over the front. It was pulled down during the great foundation repair.

Your shrug is beautiful. I'm looking forward to seeing it when finished.

Fezzik is adorable playing in the water bucket. He is an extraordinary cat!

I wish mosquitoes didn't like me. I am fighting with one right now that got into my living room. It's it or me.
One of my kitties loves water too. She puts her paws in her water bowl and plays then licks the water from her paws like a person drinking water from their hand. It's so cute.
