Thanks for Stopping By My Corner

I'll be coming to you from this corner of my house all Summer.  When you stop by, it means something to me.  Be you a lurker, or a sweet one who enjoys leaving a comment, it means something to me that I'm writing to you.  (not just to myself)

So Thanks.  I know I don't always write in complete sentences.
I write as I think....in my head.
I enjoy this little blog so very much.
It meets some need of mine in this big big world.

This morning I listened to Michael Hyatt's discussion of becoming more focused on using our energy in the best possible way.
We cannot do it all.
We should not try.

If I try to do it all, I take away from someone else's best area of expertise.

He talks about hitting the PAUSE button when asked to join a committee or group or the like.
It is a really good talk.  If you wish:

There was frogging going on last night.
I think I've finally decided on a pattern for some yarn that has been marinating in my stash bin....

A big old Bunny was in our yard yesterday afternoon.
It must be  Spring.
That and the abundance of jelly beans in our house, can only mean we've made it through the winter once again.
(Do you know they seek whole bags of just black jelly beans now?)
That meets a need for someone I'm sure.

Now, I'm off to read YOUR blogs, because I get so very much joy from them too!

Your blog is certainly a joy to read! Thanks for the info on finding Michael Hyatt's talk. I need that kind of advice. I tend to do way too much and then--forgive me--I gripe about it.

I don't know about black jelly beans, I like the colorful ones that tell me spring is here.

Black jelly beans are THE best!

I enjoy your blog and would love to sit on your porch, knit, sip a cool drink, and chat.

I have a friend that used to save all her black jelly beans for me.

I fondly remember those days. LOL

My jelly bean days are long gone. ;-)

Hope you enjoy ALL your jelly beans. Even the black ones.
Oh you just reminded me! I need to pick up a bag of jelly beans for Dave for Easter!

Mmmmmmm.....jelly beans! I just finished off my first bag. Now onto the Peeps and the robin's eggs. I couldn't find a marshmellow bunny to save my life this year. :(
Happy Easter weekend. I hope you get lots of porch time!
