A Very Fun Treat (Kitty Treat that is)

Yesterday's goodie box came at the purr fect time.
All of our cats are a bit stressed with Rozzy's passing. 

Tank, Beatles and Pie all gave a resounding silent kitty YES to the Liv-a-Littles dried chicken treats. 

This chicken breast protein treat is both cat and dog friendly.

Immediately taking to a new food treat is rare around here.
So I know this Halo product is a winner. 

Some treats or kibble seem greasy and I feel the need to wash my hands immediately after touching. 

These chicken pieces are clean and dry feeling. 

I can even toss a piece across the floor and Beatles will chase and chew.  




The second treat was Wellness Kittles in salmon and cranberries. 

No takers on this one.  
All three of my cats sniffed and turned their beautiful noses up when offered this treat. 

I Love the packaging. It has a resealable top for freshness. 

I'm going to try mixing them in with their daily 
dry kibble and see if they will...bite.  

In the meantime, thank you Chewy.com.
I love a good old package in the mail.
Beatles, Pie and Tank thank you too for the chicken chews.

Too funny... we picked the salmon version of the same treat, and it was a first pitch, home run here too!

Chewy has a knack for showing up at just the right time. I'm glad the kitties got a special treat when they needed it. Hugs!!

My cats are fussy, too. They only like Party Mix in the Beachside flavor-junk food for kitties. They won't eat anything healthy. They even turn their noses up at fresh meat and chicken.

I miss having a cat.. I loved my Lucy.. but she clawed all our furniture down to the wood frame! So, no more cats for me.. but we ARE looking for new furniture. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

 Is that vague enough for you?  It has been a too busy complicated Spring.  I had no energy to blog.  All is well now, so I can share some things with you:   1. I'm Making Bunny Rabbits

  These are the one square bunnies .  They are a free pattern on Rave1ry.  I'm bunny making to force spring to come.  I'm a1so taking it easy on my hands again.  The med we tried did keep my hands from shaking, but it was a med for a med. and that's crazy town.  I can contro1 a hook much better than need1es.  It wi11 have to suffice for now.  I'm enjoying your b1ogs and your Spring.  This time of year I so want to 1ive in a southern state.  But this Spring is a new one for me and I'm going to find a way to 1ove it.   IT may have just gotten to 50.   Degrees.  I have to run.  There's very ear1y yardwork to do.   The birds have 1eft a rotten mess of sunf1ower she11s under the feeders.  I hope it is not frozen!  Have you been switching things up in your neck of the woods?   I haven't forgotten you, b1og pa1s.  I 1ove seeing you on Instagram .

Do You Smile When You Knit???

I am pretty sure I smile when I knit.  I'm going to think about that today when I pick up the baby blanket in progress.  I am also pretty sure I cry when I knit; well, not really.  I have shed some tears over the years but they were way back.  I surely scowl when I drop a stitch.   A time lapse of knitters' faces would be interesting enough .... Tank, aka Helo, is starting to smile around here.  Just look into those aqua eyes......they make me smile all the time. He is half Siamese and all gorgeous.
