In for a Treat

Zachary is interested in selling a few of his photographs.

The link zbphotog.500px.com  will take you to his site.  If anything interests you please contact him at zachboyer@rocketmail.  He's new to this selling stuff.  I wonder if I get a discount?  There are 3 photos I'd like to make into notecards. Can you guess which?

This is one of my all time favorite photographs ....that I took.  I know I've shown it to you before, so forgive the indulgence.

Thanks to Karen at PumpkinSunrise blog, I started the Reversatile Cowl yesterday.  I think I'm making the drops too big, but I like it nonetheless.  I'm knitting with a bright orange yarn to contrast with the white outdoors.  It's the answer to what will I knit next?

Brutal record breaking cold here in Chicago today.  Glad Val from Wandering Cat can handle it here during her visit. I wish we had time to meet.  Maybe next time.

I'm off to spay and neuter surgery.  It is one of my favorite things to do especially since I am retired.

Stay warm.  Enjoy Zach's pictures.  Party on....

can't wait to see your cowl, I decided against the wraps so I'd have more yarn for a longer cowl, I hope I like that decision.

Love the clothesline photo. Sure wish I had one from the farm.

I love Zach's photos! I also love orange against the white snow background. I hope that cowl is a warm one--you need it.

The clothesline photo is wonderful. It would be a great addition to any wall, especially in a shabby chic decor.

Brrrrrrrrr....even you PHOTO looks cold.

The cold snap is hitting everyone. We are even going down below freezing tonight.

With an ER bill from Monday, a car repair bill tomorrow and the heating bill --- February is going to be an EXPENSIVE month. It will be easy to not buy stash next month......LOL

I was going to ask you whether you have as much snow as Mundlein does, but it sounds like you do. Crazy weather, isn't it? Hope you are staying warm. Be careful on the road, too! I copied that cowl pattern also!

Beautiful photos.

I miss running outdoors. That might be enough to make me NOT love snow.
