Happy Saturday

This is my LYS shop pattern from the summer yarn crawl.
It is called A Friendly Scowl.  It is a scarf/cowl.  I was there taking pictures at Knit night last night and someone was starting one.
She is using a Zara hand dyed yarn and I love the creams she chose.

I've become  a huge fan of Dr. Pol. The Incredible Dr . Pol.
He is a country vet in Michigan.  There's just something wonderful about him.  I have to go out to dinner tonight...and I may have to miss a new episode....here's hoping I'm back in time.
When I'm more interested in a show than food, that's a testimonial!

I was skyping with friends the other day.
Karen, my friend, set it up. Our friend who moved to Atlanta, was joining us.  Her poor dog was going mad trying to figure out where we were coming from.  Has this happened to your pup?
It was very fun to see our Kathy C again and see her new home!
Ahhh technology.  Sometimes it is really great!

My new Chromebook has a camera so I could video chat if I wanted to. I have to figure out how to do it first.

Marilyn and I frequently Skype or Face Time while we are sewing. It's a lot of fun to chat while we work.

I have a scowl in brilliant Irish green; it wasn't great fun to make, but it IS fun to wear.

I still haven't figured out how to Skype, which is ridiculous, considering that my daughter is in Florida. I would be fun to see her when I talk to her.

I agree that Scowl yarn is beautiful! Are you going to make one? We just did Facetime today with most of the cousins (David was at swim lessons-Brr). It was fun to watch, but they mostly did silly stuff rather than communicate.

We love Dr Pol. Especially his driving. What a riot!

love the name of the scowl, too too funny! I've seen that vet show a few times. My dog only perks his hears when he hears sirens or car horns!

I'm going to have to check out Dr. Pol. I know several people that are hooked on it!

Dr Pol is my absolute favorite show. Did you see Charles get auctioned off? He was so awkward on his "date". It was adorable.
