A Mix of Sunday Thoughts

 Two cats in a box
An unexpected present in the mail!
The newly painted dining room.

I give you: Sand Trap.
It took us 4 tries of paint sample jars to get it right.
I love this color.
It is not quite yellow or blush.
It is lovely and neutral and warm.
I think my pal Donna would say
it will lead to warm tones when I take pictures of people in the room. See Donna, I listen to you!

I went to a work pal's party yesterday at a pottery shop.  We had so much fun.
I'll show you my masterpiece when it is fired and painted.
The great thing about my retirement is that I get to see the people I loved to work with in only fun environments now.

That's it for today's post.
Happy Sunday and Happy Grammy Awards

Love the kitty picture.
I'm assuming that your gift is a needle size gauge - very nice.
You just can't get away from "trap" can you. LOL. I love the sand "trap" color on your walls. Looks so mellow and pretty!

Sand trap is a delightful color. Do you and Fireman hire out?

The needle gauge is a work of art - it's gorgeous.

The living room paint job looks great. I have all warm colors in my house, and the walls are all brown, tan, and gold. Cute kitties!

I could use one of those knitting needle gauges about now with my vintage tortoiseshell needles.. I have no idea what size they are. Love the kitties in the box and the color of your walls! We painted ours butter yellow as it makes me feel like sunshine. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

Kitties do love their boxes. A fresh painted room is heaven. I've got several rooms in dire need of attention.
I'm watching the Grammys now. So far there's been a lot of oldies but goodies....and Madonna. She needs to put on some clothes. Slutty don't look so good after 50.

Such a pretty paint colour, and such adorable kitties. I wish I could pet them.

Cute picture of the two cats in the box. Makes me smile! The Illinois needle gauge is a great gift! And I think you hit a home run with the Sand Trap paint color. It is LOVELY and warm. Have a great day! Looking forward to seeing your pottery.
