Fingerless In Liberty Wool

Liberty Wool does its own color changes.
Fingerless it is!
They won't match, but they'll compliment and they are for me.
I adapted a pattern to knit them in the round.
I still avoid seams like the plague..
I love this Madonna and Child statue. My friend Jenny gave it to me after her mother died.  She found a few of them in her home unopened.  Her mom was an amazing lady; she gave me strength years ago when I was worrying and she gives me strength now.
Thanks Mary Claire, I know you are in heaven!
Tank believes that not a creature should be stirring right now.
He was a Christmas kitten whose original name was TINSEL.
We know call him Tanky Tibido
(Chicago Bulls Coach Tom Tibido is rather chubby too)

Tank is such a beautiful color. I can see why his original name was Tinsel.

Love the mitts, my stuff is out too and I am so happy it is out of the boxes and all put up. I am not a decorating fan, or a Christmas fan, what is wrong with me?
Hugs,
Meredith

Tank is a singular cat. Your mitts are going to be beautiful. I love the colors and you know me, I don't believe things have to match!

I love the Madonna and Child statue. I see a collection starting. I collect Nativity Scenes (7 last count) and try to add one every year. I missed buying one last year during the Big "C" scare with DH so I think I need two this year.

Your fingerless project is going to be "just the ticket." I know what you mean about seams; I try to avoid them too. Tank looks sooooo comfortable...no reason to stir, I suppose. Love the name Tinsel... but the name Tank must fit him perfectly.
Tank has the right idea! Just curl up and get comfy!

I love the color changes and I think it's almost cooler they will not be matching mitts. You know I love a cozy cuddly cat like tank. Such a sweet photo.

Tank is a beauty, and so is the yarn. I haven't gotten my Nativity scene out yet...

Tank is such a lovely soft silvery-grey. I love Liberty Wool too - just gave my sis a cowl and hat made from it for her birthday. She kept saying "It's so soft!"

It's the time for mitts, alright. :)

Liberty Wool is so scrummy.....they are going to be spectacular.
I got out a few precious holiday knick knacks myself today. They always make me cry so I get it out of the way while The Mister is out.
That's one comfy kitty!

If you can avoid the finishing work of having to do a long seam, knitting in the round is the way to go. The angel is beautiful.
