Traps, Cat and Dog

OH this is a knitting blog: exhibit A: the next Trap scarf.

I love the color surprises in Liberty wool.  I am alternating with a
grey.
Miss Pie and her milky eyes. I think it is a sweet picture of her.
She is hyperactive and it is difficult to capture her on pixels.
She is realizing, at this moment, that the radiators are warm ....
Hmmmm. I wonder what she imagines they are...since she cannot see what she's lying on.
This is a private personal picture so please do not share.
This poor dog was brought into the shelter by the police.
Her owner loved her but only fed her white bread for 8 years.
She huffs and she puffs. She's got a darling face.
I may have to bring her a bone today....
She can barely walk....
our Wondervet wants to give her a chance.
She's going to need medical foster for a long time.
I wish I could do it.....

The Trap is a great color combo. Nice! Miss Pie...oh so sweet looking. She seems to "see" what she needs to see to get to the coziest places. And that dog...who could be so ignorant to feed it like that??? I hope the proper, loving attention gets her happily back to normal.

Okay now I am depressed, that poor baby. I wish I could take it. Such a sweet thing and to only have been fed white bread? Okay, take a deep breath Meredith. Love your latest Trap, you do know gray is my favorite colors........just saying.
Hugs,
Meredith

I love self-striping yarn, too! Maybe Pie thinks she's at her own private spa? Poor doggie! Hope the vet can help.

Oh that poor baby!! I wish I could take her and love her to good health. Cheers to the vet who wants so much to save her and to you for loving her!

The colors of your Trap are lovely. You are so good at choosing pretty colors to combine.

Man! That warm guy has BONY RIBS! (That is what Pie is thinking about that. LOL)

OMGosh ......what are some people THINKING???? Could THEY live on just white bread? I do hope she was charged with animal neglect and legally forbidden to own another animal.

I've admired that Liberty Wool. It is really lovely.

So sad about the dog. Who would feed a dog bread??? I hope she finds a loving and healthy home!

It's my guess that the dog's owner couldn't afford dog food, so fed the dog what he/she could afford. It's so sad to see a loved pet in such condition.

Love the yarn you're using for the Trap.
Pie is one smart kitty! My friend leaves a towel on one of her rads for her kitty. It's her favourite spot in the winter.
Poor puppers.. I hope they can do something for her.

Oh my.....The Mister has been fussing at me lately for feeding the Pup too much. She's getting too heavy. I see now you CAN really kill them with kindness. Oh my......

Oh that poor, sweet pup. Prayers and crossed paws, to be sure.

Sweet Pie has my heart, of course... and kinda' makes me miss having radiators. I used to warm my clothes before I got dressed for school.

I'm hoping with a normal diet the dog starts mending soon.
