New projects

This is my new wrap.   I get to spend time with my sister and her two dogs this weekend.   There will be knitting time.  The pattern called for mistake rib, but I made too many mistakes so I am knitting plain rib.  I couldn't read the stitched well enough in mistake.
Zach was  dis appointed in me for not GETTING his new shirt.    Do u get it?

So I didn't get mistake rib
Didn't get the t shirt
And I was completely baffled about the car running after I shut it off the other night.
Seems I hit the remote start on my way into the house......
All this and yet I can handle a premie on a ventilator, oscillating with vasopressors without any trouble....

Bilbo Baggins and Frodo?

The new wrap looks great. I've taken the plunge and started a sweater!

As for not "getting it" --- different talents for different folk.

I love the wrap. You always come up with such great patterns!! This would be a good one for the office AC so I will be looking it up for a possible project after the Spring Ruana which is now a shawl so it will go faster.

I do crazy things everyday and hope it is endearing!

It's Frodo and Gandalf! Or Biblo and Gandalf?

Some days I just can't do anything right. I'm having one of those days today.
I think you are perfect just the way you are! Just stop and think about it...so what you did not do the other things....you always do the important things...like saving a baby's life.....what in this world could be more important than that! :)

((hugs))

I loved the Hobbit, but I don't get the shirt's message, either. :o(

I'm not a fan of the mistake rib stitch,so I wouldn't knit the wrap in it. Enjoy your visit with your sister and happy knitting!

Happy Knitting on that nice wrap! The things you do for preemies are a matter of life and death, Kathy. That really matters!!!

I knit the first row of the foot of a sock about ten times this afternoon until I got it right so anything you do or don't do won't surprise me. My brain left the building ages ago. Sigh.....

Out of all those activities, without a doubt, it is best that you shine at the last one... the rest... it's just icing on the cake! A wonderful cake at that!! blessings ~ tanna

I like the vest pattern, and I bet it will look great knitting it without the "mistakes." Ha. Sorry, but I don't "get" the t-shirt. Not to worry... you are on top of it on the important things!

Hobbit fan from way back here, and if that's what the shirt is about... either way, I don't get it.
