Product Follow Ups ….A Few of My Favorite Things

I went to Half price Books yesterday and bought a knit pattern book.  I'm going to make this Vested Interest Vest for myself.   It is going to take me a very long time to knit it.
I'll only give occasional updates.
Biggy yarn and needles hurt my arms and hands, therefore I can only knit a bit of this at a time.
The pattern is ridiculously simple so I can leave it and return to it easily.

(Beatles is not interested in going out today, even if it is 20 degrees)

I liked Half Price Books.

*I love my vacuum.   I have an Electrolux Ergo 18 volt cordless vacuum.   We have next to no carpet in our home.  Just some throw rugs and bare wood floors.
I will never go back to a corded vacuum again.
You can imagine why-

*I am happy with our Sears Eliptical purchase of a year ago.
Zach and I use the machine in very different settings.
I force myself to go on it almost daily now that work is slow.
We paid about 800 dollars for it.
It is most definitely worth 3 dollars a day for the first year and free thereafter.

*My Sony Cibershot camera for 50 bucks on clearance from Target ( awhile back)  surely suffices.  It isn't fancy.
I notice a distinct difference in my images, but I'm too frugal to buy anything else now.   Funny how I can't damage the cheap one but the expensive cameras jumped out of my hands to their death within months of purchase.

*My cats love their water fountain.
It is made by FreshFlow. I think I bought it from Drs Foster and Smith.

*I had a concern about Purina cat food recently and contacted them by email.  They got back to me the next day.
They sent me a 45 dollar coupon for my inquiry.
We have fed Purina to our animals for 31 years.
I have had veterinarians, family vets and dog trainers all tell me that their products are thoroughly researched and hard to beat.
I'm sure some of you disagree, but I do like their customer service and our pets have a track record of longevity and health.

*Fireman bought me an Isprout watch that arrived broken at Christmas.  I am still trying to get a new watch from them.
Yesterday, I called Discover as it was purchased on that card, and they are intercepting.

*Finally,
I am happy with the USPS.  I don't think I've ever had a lost package in recent years.  Our mailman works in these frigid temps and I'm amazed.

Are you particularly happy with any products these days??

I am thrilled with my Fitbit Activity Tracker! It not only tells me how many steps/miles I walk a day, it tracks my food intake and compares it to calories burned, tracks my sleep patterns and tells me how many times I was awake and/or restless during the night and my final sleep efficiency. It also tracks my BP, and converts exertion into the equivalent of flights of stairs climbed. I love it!! (I'm sure you can tell, heehee).

Two products that I love: my iPhone & iPad. They may be pricey, but I use them more than any other items I've purchased recently.

I use a rolling computer bag. It saves my back so much pain.

My Apple products: iPhone, iPad, and MacBook Pro, get daily use, and appreciation from me over the last year, and I appreciate my Panasonic Lumix 20x camera as well...they are all very forgiving of my fumbling venture into the tech world :)

Those rolling suitcases and bags are the BEST.

I love my Kindle Fire. I never put it down. It does everything you need it to do but make a phone call which is fine with me because I hate talking on the phone anyway.
